Save Agent Threshold Detail

POST : http://<base_url>/digipay/v3/agent_profile_threshold/agent_threshold_detail

This api is used to assign bulk/internal products to the threshold of the agent and create a threshold detail

payment_mode	Int	it will containe payment mode value	1
